The modules in each zone are carefully paced and designed to help you build neural capacity for processing and evolving stored body based trauma memory and physiology. Each strengthens and enhances the other as your clients move through the 5 zones.

Zone 1 Building your healing container

Here you create in your life now, more of the conditions that were needed to support healthy neural development and sense of self and safety to be you in the world, during your early years.

To guide you and provide structure, you will work through the 10 principles for building a healing container.

In many ways, the container is the medicine. The stronger the container, the more bandwidth for processing, evolving and healing.

Zone 2 Safely into your body

Here you get to know your nervous system intimately - what triggers it, what calms it, how your threat defences operate, what feeling steeped in your authentic, moment to moment flow feels like.

You are creating the capacity, subtle awareness, flexibility of attention and bandwidth for evolving your implicit (body based) trauma memories.

You will practice using the Circle of Your Connected Now to access and evolve your inner experiences, in a whole brain and body connected way - Connected Experiencing.

Zone 3 Learning hub

Understand the pathway and conditions for healthy neural development during childhood and the kinds of environmental conditions that can disrupt and disturb that.

This is where you understand the connections between the quality of your attachment relationships with caregivers and what actually happened in your growing brain. Also some of they ways your brain and nervous system may have adapted over the course of your adult life.

Zone 4 Processing zone

Here is where the powerful work of rewiring is undertaken with care, precision and repetition. Macro and micro.

You will work around the 6 dimensions of trauma impact to uncover your coherent (whole brain connected and flowing) narrative for the way your life has been impacted by trauma, how you have adapted and how you are working to free and support your authentic self to be, express, connect and create.

You will use the 4 step EVOLVE process for whole brain engagement as you meet a little piece of felt and connected trauma memory with something now that was needed back then.

You will access the 'YOU, MET' menu for exploring helpful, whole brain interventions you can make, to feel met within yourself or by another.

Zone 5 Integrated You in the World

Here you explore the 8 pointed diamond of the Integrated You as you move through the world, connected with your inner life and expressing your talents, making your creative contributions and connected with others with less attachment fear driven adaptations and more of YOU, unencumbered.

We will look at any life gifts that have shown up through the trauma.

Here is also where you get to have and deepen a sense of delight at being you in the world and having the neural wiring to sustain the full experience and expression of this.

6 dimensions of trauma impact

Developmental trauma can mess up your whole adult life, despite your best intentions and actions, your wisdom and heart disposition.

It can make you feel powerless, hopeless and not enough.

Understanding how the initial nervous system dysregulation can affect your relationships, health, access to life resources for the hard times, colour your experience of new moments through re-experiencing and living inside a dysregulated nervous system and doing whatever works to cope, even when those things can also have a cost .. understanding all this helps with self acceptance, with developing a coherent narrative for your life and with understanding the systemic nature of healing, so you can better direct your own healing process.

For accessing your inner world, joining fragmented pieces and opening up fused responding.

This tool is used in many ways. It helps you enter your present moment experience via a channel you have easiest access to, then expand your awareness through the 7 textures of a connected, present moment experience.

It is also used to help you explore and open into new richness of experience, vitality, insight and expanded awareness and wellbeing.

Starting from a base of relative neural coherence,  and keeping your pre-frontal cortex Observer Self online, you will practice introducing a small amount of experiencing of the somatic and sensory life of a fragment of trauma material and a whole load of meeting and resource.

You will explore and find your best ways to regulate the physiology and integrate the experience and new wholeness or spaciousness into your felt sense, your conscious awareness and your life.
